Dag Paul, eindelijk ben je voor mij in een gekende en vertrouwde albergue aangekomen. Mooie spirituele avondplaats met een grot van La Hermita. Ook daar het onzevader gebeden ? Nu naar Ages en dan de grote stad Burgos. Je hebt al een mooi parcours achter de rug. Proficiat. Blijf genieten van de camino. Bart
I think your feet apart from the troublesome toe nust be getting well run in by now. No pun intended. Is the route your are following what seems to be called the French Way? Only just getting the hang of working out where abouts you are geographically. A demanding enterprise but already about 1/3 there. Is midway between Burgos and Leon about the half way mark? Your comments about laundering etc carry a feel of life on The Way. Will be accompanying Jo to Mass on Tuesday morning and will relay a bit of of an update on your progress if that's OK with you? But if not let me know and I'll understand no probs. Courage mon brave, wrong language but the right sentiments I hope. How are the physical, mental and spiritual aspects balancing out?
